I am currently a Master’s level MA counselling psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

I hold an additional undergraduate degree in Psychology from Queen's University.

 

 I'm passionate about providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for anyone who needs it. What I bring to the session is warmth, compassion, patience, and an understanding that one size doesn't fit all when it comes to therapy. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or you just feel stuck and need to talk your situation through, together we can decide where to go from here. I commend you for your courage that has brought you to this next step.
